Start Here: ✔ New Client Skin Assessment Facial Perfect if you want expert guidance and don’t want to guess which facial to book. ✔ New Client Skin Consultation Ideal if you want a consultation before committing to a treatment. Already Know What You Want? Choose your facial level based on your skin goals: Level 1 — Essential Skin Reset Hydration, balance, maintenance Level 2 — Advanced Skin Renewal Texture, dullness, breakouts, early aging Level 3 — Corrective Transformation Hyperpigmentation, acne, uneven tone Level 4 — Elite Lumivida Experience Maximum results, luxury care, special occasions Not Sure Which Level Is Right? That’s okay. Most first-time clients start with the New Client Skin Assessment Facial or Level 2. Your treatment is always customized during your visit. Virtual Clients: Non-local or busy clients may book a Virtual Skin Consultation for professional skincare guidance and product recommendations—no in-studio visit required. Memberships & Programs: Memberships and corrective programs are available for clients seeking consistent care and long-term results and are discussed after your initial visit. Luxury Care Note: Modalities, exfoliation methods, and enhancements are selected by your esthetician to ensure safety, effectiveness, and the highest level of care.

Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy: ***New Client Consultations, Virtual Consultations, and all multi-session treatment series require full payment at the time of booking.*** ** A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at booking for in-studio services and is applied toward your service total. **Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will forfeit the deposit. Same-day cancellations may be treated as no-shows. **No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows will require full prepayment for future bookings. LATE POLICY: Please arrive on time to allow for your full treatment experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect the schedule. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will be unable to receive their scheduled service and the appointment will be considered a no-show. The full service fee will apply.
