All treatments are customized based on skin goals, concerns, and lifestyle. 🤍 Virtual Clients 🤍 Non-local or busy clients may book a Virtual Skin Consultation for professional skincare guidance, personalized home care, and product recommendations—no in-studio visit required. 🤍 Memberships & Programs 🤍 Memberships and corrective programs are available for clients seeking consistent care and long-term results and are discussed during your initial visit. *** Luxury Care Note *** Modalities, exfoliation methods, and enhancements are selected by your esthetician to ensure safety, effectiveness, and the highest level of care. *** Product Ordering, Shipping & Pickup Policy: Lumivida Aesthetics operates on a curated pre-purchase model for retail skincare products. To ensure product freshness and professional-grade sourcing, retail items are not stocked on-site and must be paid for in advance before ordering. *** How to Order: Products may be ordered in studio, via email, or by texting 904-544-5299 with the items you’d like to purchase. Text and email orders will be invoiced prior to fulfillment. In-studio orders are processed at the time of purchase. Once payment is received, products are ordered from our professional suppliers. Clients may choose direct-to-client shipping or studio pickup. Studio pickup orders will be shipped to Lumivida Aesthetics, and clients will be notified when items arrive to schedule a Product Pickup Appointment. *** A flat $12 shipping fee applies to all retail orders. ** Complimentary Shipping: - Lumivida Members: orders $150+ - Non-Members: orders $200+ Product pickup appointments are for pickup only and do not include skincare consultations or recommendations. Orders may ship from one or multiple suppliers depending on brand selection. Delivery timelines vary by supplier and are not guaranteed. Lumivida Aesthetics is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier issues, or supplier backorders, but will communicate updates as available. Due to the nature of professional skincare, all product sales are final once an order has been placed, unless otherwise required by law or supplier policy.

Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy: *** All multi-session treatment series and packages require full payment at the time of booking.*** ** A card on file is required for all bookings. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointments and is applied toward your service total. ** Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will forfeit the deposit. Same-day cancellations will be treated as no-shows. ** No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows will require full prepayment for future bookings or banned from booking completely. LATE POLICY: Please arrive on time to allow for your full treatment experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect the schedule. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will be unable to receive their scheduled service and the appointment will be considered a no-show. The full service fee will apply.
